The XMT-5500 from 140 Packaging is a multi-lane,  nitrogen-flush workhorse designed to deliver reliable high production capacity for your facility.

Constructed from rugged stainless steel and high-strength alloys,  the XMT-5500 is built for years of trouble-free service.  We’ve prioritized operator safety and uptime with audible alarms,  auto-stop functions,  and multiple emergency stop switches that oversee every function—preventing costly errors before they happen.  The high-visibility light tower lets the operator know when the machine is running,  in standby mode,  or has entered safety mode.

Our platen-style tooling provides extremely accurate temperature and dwell-time controls for perfect film adhesion to your containers.  Our signature rod-pushing system ensures every tray is perfectly positioned and sealed, while the automatic waste-film reel, Teflon-coated seal plates, and easily accessible catch trays minimize cleanup time.

With our intuitive touchscreen HMI and rod-pushing delivery,  switching containers is fast and simple.  While traditional inline machines require 20 or more seal pocket changes,  the XMT-5500 requires just one.
